Evie

Evie is an online community appealing to the young Japanese professional woman and the style-conscious man. The site needed to appear friendly, clear, international in style and inviting across genders.

Since the e-commerce section focused on high-style items, it was important to capture that character in the name. Therefore, E + "vie" from the French, suggested a well-lived life. The community and the style came together to become a woman's name, and the result perfectly expressed the brand.

Japanese language fluency and cultural understanding was an essential component in successfully branding this unique community.

The final design expressed Evie's core personality by:

Curiosity: whimsical font
Community: union of individuals
Love: heart icon
